Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Entire VC ("we", "us", "our") through entire.vc and its subdomains, including but not limited to spark.entire.vc, login.entire.vc, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Entire VC provides the following services:

Team Relay — Real-time collaboration and web publishing for Obsidian vaults (hosted and self-hosted)
Spark — Curated workflow library for AI tools, including agents, skills, prompt chains, and integrations
Spark MCP — Protocol connector for integrating Spark with AI agents
Local Sync — Open-source Obsidian plugin for vault synchronization (distributed under MIT license)

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account at login.entire.vc.

You must provide accurate information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
One person or legal entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Publish content through web publishing features that violates applicable law or third-party rights

4. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or share through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not use Your Content for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Published Content

When you publish content through Team Relay's web publishing feature, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to make that content publicly available. We are not responsible for the content you publish.

Spark Content

Content submitted to Spark (bundles, skills, prompts, agents) may be shared with other users according to the visibility settings you choose. By submitting content to Spark as public, you grant other users the right to use it according to the license you specify.

5. Pricing and Payment

Free Tier

Some services are available at no cost with usage limitations as described on the relevant product page.

Paid Plans

Prices are listed on the relevant product page and are in USD
Subscriptions are billed monthly
Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email address

Extra Storage

Additional storage may be purchased as described on the product pricing page.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
For self-hosted deployments, availability is your responsibility

7. Data and Backups

Hosted service: We perform regular backups of service data. However, we recommend maintaining your own backups of important content
Self-hosted: You are fully responsible for your own backups and data integrity
Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law

8. Open-Source Components

Some of our products are available as open-source software under their respective licenses (typically MIT). Your use of open-source components is governed by those licenses, not these Terms. These Terms apply to the hosted service and any proprietary components.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code (excluding open-source components), logos, and documentation, is the property of Entire VC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"Entire VC", "Team Relay", "Spark", and associated logos are trademarks of Entire VC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
For the free tier, our total liability is limited to $0

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entire VC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
